This is the "it" hotel for the meeting. The special low room rate for the Bruker meeting is $109 per night including full shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel features 79 spacious well designed suites, indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, business center, free high speed Internet access, underground parking. Each suite features full kitchens including dishes and utensils. Each room also has a large desk and work area, 32" TV w/ DVD. Check out the single bedroom queen room or single bedroom studio. The price is a little higher than in the years past due to the fact that Madison is a popular destination. The hotel informed us that "the couch in the one bedroom suites do pull out to a bed", thus if someone wishes to have a roommate e-mail me (Ilia Guzei) and I will put people in touch.

Please make reservations directly with the hotel. Registration deadline is August 16. Please mention Bruker AXS Users meeting to receive discounted room rates and discount packets. In case of someone coming late or contacting the hotel only a few days prior to the event, they would still get the Bruker rate, however it is a gamble as to whether they will have a room.

For those who are not flying to Madison:

The closest big city with an airport is Milwaukee. It is about 80 miles away and the traffic is usually light. The directions from General Mitchell International Airport to the Sheraton Inn and to the Quality Inn are available. There is also a map to help you get from the hotels to the BioPharmaceutical Technology Center located next to Bruker AXS.
