This is the only "official" hotel for the meeting. There are 45 rooms reserved at the Bruker rate of $84.00 per night. It will be a first come first serve basis for availability.Please make reservations directly with the hotel. Registration deadline is April 30, 2009. Please mention Bruker AXS Users meeting to receive discounted room rates.

The hotel is within walking distance to Bruker-AXS, but Ilia Guzei will drive a 15-passenger van to pick people up in the morning.

This hotel was used last time and people liked it. The hotel features 79 spacious well designed suites, indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center, business center, free high speed Internet access, underground parking. Each suite features full kitchens including dishes and utensils. Each room also has a large desk and work area, 32" TV w/ DVD. Check out the single bedroom queen room or single bedroom studio. We have used this hotel before. It is good, but requires your own transportation - it's about 5 miles from Bruker-AXS.

For those who are not flying to Madison:

The closest big city with an airport is Milwaukee. It is about 80 miles away and the traffic is usually light. The directions from General Mitchell International Airport to the Sheraton Inn and to the Quality Inn are available. There is also a map to help you get from the hotels to the BioPharmaceutical Technology Center located next to Bruker AXS.
